Terms of service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using MailPilot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What MailPilot does
MailPilot lets you read the messages in your own Gmail account, write and send individual emails, and move messages to Trash, after you authorize access. MailPilot acts only when you tell it to. A message is sent only when you select Send, and a message is moved to Trash only when you select Move to Trash. MailPilot cannot delete messages permanently.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages you write, the recipients you choose, the messages you move to Trash, and the permissions you grant. Messages in Trash can be restored from Gmail until Google empties the Trash, which Gmail does automatically after 30 days. You must have the right to use the Gmail account you connect. You must follow the laws that apply to you, including laws on spam, privacy and data protection.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use MailPilot to:
- send spam, phishing, or unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, deceptive or abusive messages;
- pretend to be another person or organization;
- send bulk or automated messages, or get around Gmail sending limits;
- read or manage a mailbox you do not have the right to access;
- spread malware or harmful content;
- bypass security controls or access another person's account;
- break Google's terms or policies, or any applicable law.
5. Gmail and Google
Access to your mailbox depends on Google's authorization, policies, service availability and limits. You must follow Google's terms when you use your Gmail account. MailPilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. You can remove MailPilot's access at any time from your Google Account settings.
6. Availability
MailPilot may be unavailable during maintenance or because of outages, authorization problems or technical errors. A successful send request does not guarantee that a message reached the recipient's inbox. The messages shown in MailPilot may not always match the current state of your mailbox.
7. Account security
You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and your device. Do not share your credentials.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end your access if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect users, the service or third parties, if Google requires it, or if the law requires it. You can stop using MailPilot at any time by disconnecting Gmail.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, MailPilot is provided as it is and as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use MailPilot after an update means you accept the new terms.
