Email, made
straightforward.
Read your inbox, write and send messages, and clear out what you do not need, all from your own Gmail account. You connect Gmail with Google sign-in, and MailPilot only acts when you tell it to.

Connecting Gmail
Open the workspace, select Connect Gmail, and follow Google's authorization instructions. If the connection fails, try again in a few minutes. If it keeps failing, contact support.
Reading your messages
Your latest messages appear in the Inbox card. Select a message to open it. Use Refresh to check for new mail and Load more to see older messages.
Sending a message
Enter a valid recipient address, add a subject and message, review the details, and select Send email. Check the result before trying again so you do not send the same message twice.
Moving a message to Trash
Open a message and select Move to Trash. MailPilot cannot delete messages permanently. To get a message back, open the Trash in Gmail and restore it. Gmail empties the Trash automatically after 30 days.
Connection or loading problems
Refresh the page and check the connection status. If your messages or history do not load, or sending fails, the service may be temporarily unavailable or your Google authorization may need to be renewed. Disconnect and connect Gmail again.
Disconnecting Gmail
Use Disconnect Gmail in the workspace. You can also remove MailPilot's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
Deleting your data
To delete your sending history, email MailPilot Support from the address you connected. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Contact support
For help, email MailPilot Support. Do not send passwords, access tokens, OAuth secrets, or private message contents unnecessarily.
